Hi, I am a regular customer to PD Pragathi Nagar. These days you are serving 2 idly for 50 rs. instead of three idlys. This is not at all a problem. But the problem is, you are making mota idlys to compensate the price which is loosing your quality. Please maintain those lean slim idlys, no matter the cost. Kindly understand.

Took 5 dosas, 4 plate idles and 3 plates pongal. Worst service at parcel counter as if the parcel guy was forced to do is job not at all intreated in customers and very slow. Chutneys was sufficient only for idlis and 1 dosa other items we had to eat without chutneys. This pathetic, when they are taking money don’t they know how much chutney is required for 12 parcels. I was embarrassed in front of my guests. Taste was not so great and not like superb and with kind of service i will not go again
