Coming from Bangalore, biryani was always available. But after eating paradise, it felt very different and delicious. The chicken was much more tender and well cooked compared to Meghana’s or nadhana of Bangalore. Even the dal khichdi was good

was pretty loud with a barbaric child crying and running around. wasn't given proper cutlery. had to ask twice for it. rest enjoyed the food. cheers!

The service is pathetic, no one cares if you are seated or not. No water, no glasses, no plates, no cutlery, nothing even though the place was only half full. They just put the dish on your table and don't serve it. The food was the worst. Ordered veg manchow soup and got chicken Manchow soup. Ordered chicken manchurian and got veg manchurian. Veg items are very limited. All the dishes we ordered had a spoilt taste, as if some expired paneer and chicken had been used. I couldn't eat most of them. I highly recommend to avoid this place even if they feed you for free.

Service too late and no staff attendance. we are calling multiple times and informed to clean the table,waiting more than 30 mins for table cleaning and order taking again 15 mins almost 1 hour. we have to wait for around 1hr+ . we went with family and kid also. I didn't expect this from Paradise particularly from Gachibowli outlet. Too worst.

The Biriyani is good but the way they handle customers is so bad. It was not even crowded. They didnt clean the tables and the waiter he served the Biriyani like we were eating for free and also no raita and nothing was provided even when we asked. Not going back again. Paid for getting a worst biryani experience.

worst Hygine and poor attitude of waiter....not at all upto it's reputation. One comes for not only food but overall experience. Chicken biryani was over by 10pm...ridiculous and khubani custard was also over.One of worst experience

We had to wait for a long time like 40mins. Then taking order and serving everything were too late. The Nizami Biryani tasted like shit. Worse than my mess food. Service could have been better.
