I request that no 1 should visit Kukatpally branch, dumb waiters, no proper cleanliness on the table, lots of mosquitos, pathetic smell. Awaited for waiter to take order for 20 mins, awaited him to serve the food for 10 mins, improper cooked food,if asked the waiter no response, unhygienic washrooms with no water. worst experience and I suggest not to visit and for that cost is very high, got frusted and after shouting in the restaurant they started responding really PARADISE MANAGEMENT is not concerned regarding this branch and no MANAGER to complain...It's my sincere request to all that not waste ur time , money and spoil ur health. worst worst worst, pathetic, worst experience.. The management doesn't even care after seeing the reviews of valuable customers, and it's their OVER CONFIDENCE and RECKLESS NESS and not treating us as CUSTOMERS.

I visited this restaurant with my guest and they serve raita and onion once the biryani is finished and that also after asking at least 5-6 times. The same is with other dishes they gave Chatani one drum stick is finished. Guest were irritated and we left the restaurant after eating half of the dishes we left from there as they had already taken 1.5 hrs. Very pathetic service even a small restaurant is better than Kukatpally Paradise restaurant. please never go to this restaurant. The manager is least bothering and was laughing when I compliment.

I'm ordered haleem 15 days before in Swiggy delivery executive reached restaurant in 2min but restaurant taken 1hour above to handover to rider many times called restaurant said 5 -10mins but taken 1hour above wrost service delivery boys also complaints about Kukatpally paradise branch,If your restaurant unserviceable items not available why you people taking orders why gives problem to customers and delivery boys I'm not seen this type of wrost restaurant

Hello, I have ordered Paradise Biryani online. The biryani is okay, but the curry provided with it has an expired smell and is not good. Please check the quality before sending food. I request you to provide fresh and hygienic food. Kindly look into this issue and take necessary action. Thank you.

I ordered Apollo Fish, but it was disappointing. The pieces were soft and tasted like they were just reheated in a microwave. Around 70% of the platter was only batter, not fish. Totally not worth it.

This restaurant takes the order but dont deliver. If you are in rush or hunger , donot book it from this restaurant. No response to phone call.
