I ordered royal special chicken biriyani and the quantity was enough for one person and the chicken pieces were well cooked and masala was blended rightly into the chicken.

What can I say about this legendary place where I have so many memories growing up. Visited late night yesterday and ordered some Biryani. Well, the biryani is no longer close to what it used to be back in the days!, No flavour, No taste. A road side Biryani would not be too far away! Anyways, the worst part was the raita served along with biryani. As it was summer and me being super thirsty, I immediately gulped it only to realise It was stale and even smelled rotten. When asked the waiter, he casually said, it could have been as it was made in the morning!!. Absolutely no regret and least bothered about customers health and safety. The floor managers and Chefs need a serious bashing to not have checks in place. I think I will have to bid goodbye to once my favourite spot in Hyderabad. Shame!!

The food was good no doubt on that But service was too slow I literally asked for empty glass thrice, went to the staff to ask for the glass, he asked me to go to another corner and ask for another staff to ask for it After that we wanted to reorder something- the staff literally argued that ‘why didn’t you order it at the first place, it is too crowded’ That is not my problem if it is overcrowded, if it is over crowded, the restaurant should have more staff. This kind of staff behaviour is not accepted from a brand like Paradise

taste of food has been decreased , biryani was not at all upto mark. paradise biryani was one of the best biryanis before bt not anymore. it tastes like all the restraunts in hyderabad nothing special about it.i hope u take this feedback seriously and improve the taste of food.

They made me wait for 10-20 mins for lemons by then my biryani got cold. So very dissapointed
