“We dined on the 2nd floor, and unfortunately the air conditioning was very poor – it felt almost like there was no AC in the room. The dining area was quite hot and uncomfortable throughout our meal. All the food items we received were good in taste and quality, but the lack of cooling made the overall experience unpleasant. Please look into the AC performance on the 2nd floor, especially during dining hours.”

In zomato I booked a dining table there is no option AC & Non AC. I went to Non AC after lunch i paid the amount on my bill and I received a discount I paid around 504 & they said they did not receive the amount. They stopped me for around an hour. after one hour they received an amount around 534. The manager said it needed a full amount there is no discount in Non AC. I paid 95 from UPI.

I had visited Paradise Biryani many years ago and I really loved it. Today, it was one of the worst Biryani I've ever had in my life. It was too spicy and at a point you could feel your whole gut burning. No flavours, too much masala ,Paneer was rubbery and overall a bad dinner. This experience is enough to remind me not to visit ever again.
