Biryani was good and the person who used to take order using tab was too nice. but the one without Tab(older one) was very unprofessional. He didn't allow us to leave seat without tip. and made very rude comments/ opinions when we ordered.

I say this again, the brand Paradise is loosing its charm. Because of this other chains are coming up. This outlet is very close to the airport. Visited on a Saturday at 10pm expecting the place to be jam packed. To my surprise, found only 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. The service staff looked so uninterested. Ordered a meal which they served after almost 20 minutes. The biryani had a lack luster appearance. It was very bland to taste. The rice was well cooked though. Disappointed, tried to finish the biryani, but was unable to do so. Left the place.

The waiter are very rough in behaviour they argues if you don’t sit at the place decided by them then they say tue service will be slow even while giving forks and spoons the sevice at table number 35 on 19th August2025 at 2.30 pm afternoon
