Terrible experience at Paradise Biryani! I waited for over an hour without any response or service. Ordered veg biryani and paneer dish, but they didn't even have paneer to prepare it. The lack of communication and inefficient service was disappointing. What's worse, when we decided to leave without eating, I noticed they weren't even preparing our order. Meanwhile, other orders were being served quickly to other customers. It was clear that our order wasn't a priority. We left without getting a single bite, which was even more disappointing. The poor management and unpreparedness are evident. The biryani may be famous, but the service is far from it. Definitely not recommended. 1/5 stars. Would not visit again. Such a waste of time and expectation.

I ordered food through zomato. the delivery partner was waiting for the order for nearly an hour. After 1 hour and 30 mins of placing the order, I get a message saying the order is cancelled because the item is out of stock. what is wrong with you people. does it take this much time to update the customer. shame on your restaurant.

Damaged onion i think yesterday’s onion spoiled entire haleem i try to give complaint but restaurant phone is switched off great service from paradise i never expect this from you. Even road side food court has good taste .

Only one waiter was there for the entire restaurant on Sunday dinner peak time, we were to help ourself to serve food, no wash room bolt, no tissues, pathetic stinking, very very bad
