Paul, HiTech City – Parisian Vibes and Premium Breakfast Experience My friend and I visited Paul for Sunday morning breakfast. They open at 9 AM, but we arrived a little earlier and took a walk around the RMZ Nexity campus both before and after our meal. In summary, Paul is definitely a must-try for its unique and tasteful flavors without costing a bomb—though you should expect premium pricing compared to standalone cafés. Location & Access: Paul is located within the RMZ Nexity campus in HiTech City, similar to other premium restaurants in large office complexes like Sattva Knowledge City. Finding it is easy with Google Maps. Parking is plentiful in the campus garage, especially on weekends, and valet service is available. Ambience: The restaurant immediately conveys a Parisian vibe. The bakery and café section up front hides the full-service restaurant inside. Seating is varied and comfortable (no tall chairs), with tables suited for different group sizes. The tall ceiling and warm lighting make the space feel spacious and inviting. It’s family- and group-friendly, with a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. Service: Staff were professional, but service felt slow—about 15 minutes per order, 10 minutes to get the bill, and no water service until we asked. The restaurant was busier than expected for a Sunday morning, with nearly half of its 40-odd tables occupied. Food: The menu is extensive, well-marked with nutrition and dietary info, though some items (like pizza) aren’t available in the morning. We ordered: - Chocolate Latte – solid, enjoyable, though not mind-blowing. - Masala Egg Burji with Bread – flavorful, with the bread being particularly excellent. The bread impressed us enough to buy some for home. Portion sizes were reasonable, and the food felt worth the money. Pricing: Expect to spend around ₹1,000 per person for one beverage and one main. This is higher than standalone cafés, but the premium ambience and quality justify it. Takeaway: Paul is a must-try at least once, especially for breakfast with family or friends. It combines tasteful flavors, Parisian-inspired ambience, and premium service in a spacious setting. Be prepared for slower service and premium pricing, but overall, it’s a satisfying experience.

Had a great experience. The place has a calm, European café vibe that’s perfect whether you’re catching up with friends or just unwinding solo. The food really stands out — fresh, well-presented, and consistent in quality. Their bakery items are easily the highlight, especially the desserts, which taste authentic and not overly sweet. The coffee pairs perfectly and is brewed just right. Service was smooth and attentive without being intrusive, and the ambience makes you want to stay longer than planned. Prices are on the higher side, but the overall experience justifies it. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for a premium café experience in Jubilee Hills.

I recently visited PAUL for breakfast, expecting a high-quality French dining experience, but it was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the service — it was extremely poor. The timing was completely off: food arrived first, and the drinks came almost 30 minutes later, which ruined the overall experience. Because of this delay, we were almost done eating so when we asked for water, but even that took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, it was just tap water, and I ended up having to get my own bottled water. The staff seemed inattentive and uncoordinated, making the service feel disorganized and frustrating. That said, the ambience is pleasant, and the location is great, which adds to the initial appeal. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional enough to make up for the service issues. Overall, while the setting is nice, the poor service and lack of proper timing really let the experience down.
