Hyba at Novotel has truly captured the essence of Lebanese cuisine with its authentic flavors and warm hospitality. Our recent dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The chicken shwarma was a delightful blend of tender, juicy meat wrapped in soft pita bread. The tabulleh was refreshingly light and bursting with the vibrant flavors of parsley, tomatoes, and bulgur wheat. And the shish taouk, grilled to perfection, was delicious. We ordered another spinach dish (missing the name now) was averaged though. What truly elevated our experience was the thoughtful gesture of celebrating our birthday with a complimentary chocolate cheesecake. It was a sweet ending to a memorable meal. Must compliment the staff Jitendra, Alicia, Alisha and Shiva who arranged cake on my quick request. The ambiance of Hyba is inviting and the service is impeccable. We sat poolside and enjoyed Arabian music. Whether you're a Lebanese cuisine enthusiast or simply looking for a delicious dining experience, Hyba is a must-visit. We highly recommend it!

If you ever want to eat Arabian food, just walk-in to Hyba. I am absolutely delighted and enjoyed my food. Alicia gave wonderful food options-and her knowledge, towards the menu. Should be definitely appreciated. However, I should definitely thank chef. Mr.Manish because he exclusively made grilled fish for my son, taking all my inputs. A big thank you to the entire thing from making my lunch a good one

This a finest experience of middle eastern cuisine in Hyderabad. The lamb kabsa is their signature dish and highly recommended. The efforts by Alicia and staff was really commendable.
