ambiance and service was great, comming to food, it was really authentic and awesome . But the best part was the prices. it's was very reasonable.

I had visited the forum sujana mall outlet as well, and had given 5 rating to that one as it was really good and perfect, giving a 4 to this one as I found the food to be a bit down as compared to other outlet, can give 4.5/5 Food: Chicken RaRa was really good, only disappointing were the veg items, pindi Paneer had spring onions while was stale, but gravy and curry was really tasty, but the chap starter was not that good, gabru chaap provides betty chaap than this outlet. Because of these 2 reasons, giving a 4 rating Ambience and service: Everything is really good, Ambience is beautiful, service is good, they provide good suggestions and are courteous and fast, wish they provide finger bowl, after stuffit us with so much of delicious food!

We have been to this restaurant some time back and even though there is no crowd, service is really really slow. We waited for almost 30-35 mins for our first order to be on table. Also comparatively prices are high for the quantity of food they are serving

There was insect in the tomato shorba we ordered. There were cockroaches crawling on the table! Hygiene was a serious concern for this outlet.

The ambience was dingy like a dark hole, the food was not good too, at least we didn’t like it at all, it was bland, the kebabs were having huge pieces of meat, I don’t get the buzz about this place, absolute waste of money, time and taste buds. Cherry on the top is we all got food poisoned and fell sick for a week, very badly, the next day after having dinner here. Well, last but not the least, the service is laid back, of course it’s bad. Either the reviews this place got are paid or for some reasons overly exaggerated.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff we had discount coupon from book my show which they did not accept it .. as per their rule we have to share the coupon details before dining . And wait staff in so rush he presented the bill before we asked for it and straight a way he denied for the discount. So unprofessional staff they have hired.

I wish I could give it a 0 but I cannot. The food tasted so bad. The malai tikka was average. The butter chicken didn’t taste like butter chicken. I think it didn’t have an ounce of butter. The service was slow. The ambience is average and doesn’t give North Indian vibes at all. Can’t get any worse.

Ordered hyderebadi chicken dum biryani but received north indian chicken biryani. Tasteless .... spiceless.... simply had no flavour in it. Not going to order biryani from here again.

No taste in food. Quality of food was very bad. Waiters are serving breads with hand. Not going to recommend to anyone
