Had a wonderful experience at Pista House. Chandan and Buddhadev were very courteous. Mutton and chicken Platters were delicious.

“Very disappointing experience at Pista House tonight around 10:30 PM. I usually love their Paneer Grilled Sandwich because it’s creamy and not spicy at all. I was craving it for the past one week and even visited a few days ago, but the outlet was closed due to being late. So today I finally went again with excitement and placed the same order. But instead, they served a completely different sandwich filled with red chilli and it was very spicy. When we complained politely that this was not what we ordered, the billing person behaved very arrogantly and kept arguing instead of solving the issue. We have been visiting this place regularly for almost one year and never faced such behavior before. Seems like the old staff has been replaced. The worst part was that neither did we eat the sandwich nor did they offer any replacement or refund. Entire money got wasted and the whole mood was spoiled. Really unhappy with the service this time.”

had ordered khabsa dajaj rice as per menu it should had tomato pieces, spices, etc..found blend tasteless rice. they don't have any chutney or pickle or any option to make it spicer. waiter informed to manager and he didn't turn up only to discuss our suggestions. I won't recommend this restaurant for food taste.

Worst fine-dining experience ever. The staff was arrogant and unprofessional. Food was horrible, cold, and poorly prepared. We ordered low spice but were served an extremely spicy dish, which was taken back from our plate—completely unacceptable. This place does not deserve the fine-dining tag.

1st Jan I'm going with friends, we order zafrani chicken dum biryani, biryani quality is not good anymore, it's only masala,i personally request please give some plain rice but staff denied that, there was no soft drink, it's very worst experience here, never recommended.

The food was terrible, and the roti was burnt and made with low-quality maida. The portions were large, but the quality was poor. The staff suggested taking leftover food home, but it wasn't worth it

We ordered Tandoori-prawns. They told they will give 12 to15 pieces. Charged 570 rs and gave 5 pieces. On complaint did not bother to change. Running just by brand name and fooling people
