Yesterday night we had our veg dinner at pistha house,vanasthalipuram branch but we got worst service that never had in any restarants in our local branches. First of all inside giving table reservation the lady is very much rude with customers. There was no table set up with Crockery&cutlery even after we sat i called the waiter because the snacks came which we ordered and no plates, no Crockery &cutlery. Snacks are getting cold. When i asked him he told sir there is shortage os Crockery &cutlery. And even he anable to order the table properley. I wondeted pustha house is such a reputed restarent and having so many branches around twin cites i wounder like any thing. The nans are saggy&cold. Called for manager but no body responded. We went with a lot of hopes for your new restaurant opend in vanasthalipuram with my family &grand children but came out with dissatisfaction. Even they are giving plastic water glasses for to drinking water from bottles. ONE THING I HAVE TO SAY FOOD IS FANTASTIC BUT THE SERVICE IS SO WORST. PLEASE Management should look in to this matter and retify the things. I am also a caterer and wondered after seeing this. Even small restarants are giving good service. PLEASE we like pistha house ask your people not do again such service. i Hope when my next visit things may be changed and let customer should be happy.

It is so evident that , the more people you need to serve , the more negligent everything else is .It clearly shows how under valued a customer is for their restaurant. food, hygiene, service and even the old weary cutlery ( imagine feeding 1000's of customers a day and still not being able to change a spoon which is evidently broken) fruit champagne: it's an overly sweet concoction of fruit syrups Mayonnaise on the side, had a very fruitful flavour profile I tried giving this place another chance, but it clearly is done delivering a good experience. Long story short - unpleasant and frustrating

This restaurant isn’t like before. The taste, the quality of food, the service everything has become so worst. If we have any issue and complain to the staff, they won’t even care about you. Everyone is so arrogant. We ordered some starters and biryani. When we asked the manager that Kaju was missing in the starter( as we go regularly here and order the same starter, we know they add Kaju in it), then he gave some raw cashews in a bowl. So that’s their level of carelessness towards a customer. Please don’t visit and waste your money.

Very bad biryani not served hot, and moreover as the rice was laced with heavy salt when I asked to replace they removed mutton pieces and said there were no pieces, i got it replaced twice yet it was very salty. Nobody attended for more the 25 mins , I walked upto manager thrice. This was on 22nd March, 2026.

The worst Biryani in the city.? Probably yes. Ordered Mutton Dum Biryani, Murg Malai Kebab. They first delivered the Kebab without malai🥲. The Biryani was the worst thing to eat. High in spice, excessive Red Mirch Powder. The hardest thing to forget that we spend Two thousands for this.

I had the worst exp, I will not suggest anyone to go for dining to this place, we had to wait 1hr 25min just to get my order on table, they just keep saying 15min sir 15min sir!! When there is no proper food then I say don’t take order they take and make u wait 📝 -1 ⭐️

order items are not delivered. finally received different food than what i ordered. when i am calling to complain about this they are not responding.... too worst service... never order online

The family pack motton briyani which I received was yesterday’s left over which is half of it was cold while other half was lukewarm. Highly not preferable.
