The burger was tasteless and the potato chips had rotten oil smell. No tissue was given. Staff is also mannerless and rude. This was the 1st branch if pista house but the owners seems to have started neglecting the base from where they have started.

TLDR: Service is unapologetically terrible, do not enter unless you have no choice. Reason for my review score is principally because of service. You have to really make an effort just to get someone to take an order. That's not the end of it, keep checking with the staff to see if they are actually making your order (All of it). In my case I ordered 3 items - a curry, some naan and a biriyani. They did not bring along the Biriyani with the rest of the order and kept stringing me along for 20 mins. Finally I was forced to cancel with no indication of any time from the wait staff. As soon as I canceled, the bill for the rest of it was delivered post haste but no wash bowl even after repeatedly asking for it. At the end of this sordid episode, not a word or hint of apology.

It was delivered in room temperature, couldn’t find the date and time of packing, when opened it was with full of foam and not fresh. Threw the family pack. Either it should be served at freezer temp or warm.

Service is the worst here, food serving was rude as hell. Every food item we ordered was either spoiled or tasteless or served cold. Apollo fish was spoiled I would rate this place -10

Bad place for pizzas... Staff don't know preparing of pizza... just add with few ingredients Take care OK
