Known for their salads and desserts. Had chicken salad, grilled paneer sandwich, mulberry malai and apricot delight. All the items are good. Chicken salad is a must try. Prices are affordable and Service is fast. Overall worth a visit.

I’ve put up with this place only because I like a few of their products. I visited the bakery section to pick up some biscuits. I knew exactly what I wanted, picked up the packets, and went to the billing counter. I had to stand there for over 10 minutes while the staff stumbled around trying to figure out why their card machine wasn’t working. Then the manager showed up — rude, arrogant, and completely unapologetic. Instead of addressing the issue, he made me wait even longer and then blamed my card, even though the machine itself wouldn’t let me enter my PIN. No apology, no accountability — just attitude and arrogance. And this isn’t even the first awful experience. On a previous visit, I was actually given a used finger bowl. When I pointed it out, the same manager smugly said they “reuse leftover water from biryani rice.” That is downright disgusting. The staff is lazy, the management is unprofessional and arrogant, and the service is a nightmare. There is no sense of hygiene, urgency, or basic customer respect. The only reason people tolerate this place is because the products are decent — but even that’s not worth dealing with this kind of treatment. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected, ignored, and insulted.

This 1 star review is specially for the restaurant Manager and Biller at Ground Floor. Even after calling and giving clear instructions on call and then at the billing counter. Unfortunately they were jot followed. Clearly mentioned not to use certain ingredients like a particular Sauce and then chilli in Chinese items. Food was full of chilli and too spicy to consume. The problem is the restaurant managers and billers think it's just a Rs 1000 order we are a brand and we can give anything when there is a huge list of orders lined up. What you fail to understand is that it's waste of money and dinner for someone who ordered it. I would never goto this place again not because they have quality issue but because they are too high headed to serve genuine customers.

We have ordered chicken biryani family pack from pista house. It was very worst. It was spoiled and smelling. In my 40 years life I never had this type of worst biryani. Please never ever order from pista house. Very worst. Please check and go for good restaurant. My humble request your health will spoiled if you eat food from pista house. Really worst food.

Pathetic service, rude staff and owner ( it is not the original pista house, it's a franchise). Worst ever experience in any of pista house outlets. They have served all the naans and Parathas cold and argued that this is how it's served as food will get cold while preparing other items. Suggestion for each n every one do not ever visit this place.

Quality zero .. rice not properly cooked.. no pieces as per mentioned... Over all worst .... Falthu biryanis... I ordered two biryanis chicken fry piece biryani and keem both are worst... Road side biryani is much more better than this.... Why u people are bluffing customers... Dust bin

Worst hotel experience. You will be made to wait 1hr and then after an hour one guy would come and say only so and so is available and you will forced to have what is available. Even their special zaffrani mutton biryani was worst intaste. Only rice is there.
