I would have given this place a 5stars but alas 1star deducted for the chaos i felt at the beginning of the service. Waiting time for lunch on Sunday could be between 20-40mins. In between seating and placing the order, there was complete chaos in the restaurant. I felt like really frustrated as i had asked for a second menu card from 4 staffs but none provided it. After sometimes, tables around got settled down, more servers were present on the floor and the ambience was calm. Now we could actually enjoy the subtle Nizami interiors done so well. Food: chicken tandoori, chilly prawns, pathar ke gosh, butter naan , Saudi champagne & Apricot delight. Everything was fabulous. Special thanks to our lady server whose food suggestions were on point. The whole experience of visiting this place was fulfilling. Good food, good ambience & don’t miss the Dum Ki Chai later outside!

on 23 oct 2023 8:30 pm I ate biryani at pista house king koti , the taste was good but after a few morsels I felt full maybe they added soda in the rice due to which i got gas . It's almost 11 pm now and I still have gas and am feeling uneasy.

Fail Briyani I have given order for 30 members mutton biryani handi . There was very less mutton in the biryani they said 34 members can easily eat in a handi But only 25 members had biryani with mutton else just had the biryani rice,they lied to me. Don’t order handi in pista house king koti branch you will get disappointed on quantity especially for mutton biryani. Bad experience in kingkoti branch

They didn't deserve respect or money this branch's stuff nd service is waste of money ordered mughlai seekh kabab during ramzan it came in a loose box cold nd untidy with no taste nd chutney or sauce they do not have any taste I don't know why u people waste money I wasted my 700 rupees for this order the rumlai rotis were hard nd cold don't order

not aware of sequence of service left the place without eating spoke to manager nadeem who was has aggtavated the situation with his irrespomsble behavior and no understanding of what happened. was not willing to u derstand therefore had to give up and left the place the owners should take a note of service pattern in their outlet

Hello, I placed an order for biryani from Pista House through Zomato. Unfortunately, the food quality was not good. I found a hair in the biryani and it also had a bad smell. This is very disappointing. I kindly request you to please look into this issue and help me with a resolution as soon as possible.
