I recently ordered from Pizza Zone and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The taste and overall quality of the food were not good. The pizza base was not fresh and the toppings lacked proper flavor. What concerned me the most was that the pizza seemed to be prepared using coconut oil. The strong coconut smell and taste completely spoiled the authentic pizza flavor and made it difficult to eat. Pizza should have a neutral, cheesy, and herby taste, but this instead felt oily and unusual. I hope the restaurant improves the quality of ingredients, especially the oil used in preparation, and focuses more on taste and freshness. Customers expect proper pizza flavor, and currently the food quality does not meet that expectation.

Restaurant was running an offer due to whifh they had large crowd. in this situation, restaurant should have planned better ways of managing crowd and self service. Food counter looked completely unhygenic. people spilled over the food at buffet cpunter and floor and no one was cleaning it. overall ambience was so chaotic.

No proper Maintenance. some of the items are only for display no taste and use. And surpriseing thing is that Buffet price is different if we pay through restraint and Zomato. So, no use if you Book fro this App.
