We reached the PizzaZone Begumpet outlet around 4:30 PM, expecting to enjoy the items mentioned on their menu. However, within just 15 minutes of our arrival, the staff informed us that they needed to clear the existing items and restock for the evening. As per their menu, there should be around 50 items available, but when we asked for Momos, we were simply told they were out of stock. We also asked about the welcome drinks/mocktails, only to be informed that those were out of stock as well. It was quite disappointing to visit an outlet expecting a variety of food options, only to find that several items were unavailable. The overall experience was totally disappointing, especially considering the limited availability during our visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that the advertised menu items are actually available for customers

actually the time we arrived more than half half of the items were almost finished. they only refilled 2-3 rice items and the food was not too good

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Extremely Slow Service We had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Zone. For a restaurant that proudly has “Pizza” in its name, the pizza service was shockingly slow. It took nearly 45 minutes just to get the first slice of pizza. After that, we had to wait another 15 minutes for the second slice, and the same frustrating experience continued. Every time we asked for pizza or French fries, the response was, “It will take another 10 minutes.” This is simply unacceptable for a buffet-style dining experience. The snacks available in the buffet were comparatively better, but even there, the overall replenishment and service were poorly managed. The dessert section was another major disappointment. When we asked for Gulab Jamun, we were told it had finished and would be refilled. We waited for almost 30 minutes, but it was still not replenished. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave. A buffet restaurant should ensure that popular food items are continuously available and that customers are not forced to repeatedly ask staff for basic items. Waiting 45 minutes for pizza and another 30 minutes for a dessert refill completely defeats the purpose of a buffet. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below expectations. The slow service, poor replenishment, and lack of attention to customers made what should have been an enjoyable meal a very disappointing one. The management seriously needs to improve the service and ensure adequate food availability before charging customers for a buffet experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was honestly one of the worst I’ve had in a long time — poor taste, disappointing quality, and definitely not worth the money. The experience with the pricing made it even worse. I booked through District expecting the advertised weekday price, but after I mentioned District, I was charged ₹470 per person, which was the weekend price. When I questioned it, I was told they weren’t tied up with District. Overall, bad food, misleading pricing, and a very disappointing experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Restaurant was running an offer due to whifh they had large crowd. in this situation, restaurant should have planned better ways of managing crowd and self service. Food counter looked completely unhygenic. people spilled over the food at buffet cpunter and floor and no one was cleaning it. overall ambience was so chaotic.

No proper Maintenance. some of the items are only for display no taste and use. And surpriseing thing is that Buffet price is different if we pay through restraint and Zomato. So, no use if you Book fro this App.
