I would have not given one very shitty place even after booking serving a table, we waited like 30 to 35 minutes and then later the person who takes the order said things will get delayed due to heavy crowd and due to weekend, we said okay as we were waiting for a movie, we ordered an butter on and baby corn curry rather than giving what we wanted, the guy serve his mushroom curry after waiting for 25 minutes since we were late for our movie took whatever he gave because he said that which we ordered will take time, even the mushroom biryani which we ordered was delayed, so we cancelled the biryani. The staff literally didn’t care about the customers. We called in again and again, but no one responded at the end of the time in billing. When we said that we won’t pay for the dish we didn’t order or at least give the discount they didn’t do anything very rude behaviour and professional behaviour. I would say not to go to this place, specially on weekends, not sure how it will be on week

More wait time Bad Taste and almost everyone complained on food quality and seems to not fresh food Though theme says train no train works here people run here and there to fix train on tracks instead they can serve faster manually. Worst experience and even after expressing the feedback openly they are not even concerned about customers. Will never visit again

Food service through train is not available. Worst Service and worst behaviour by staff. This is no longer a Platform Service Restaurant, it has become a casual restaurant. Do not visit this Restaurant for Train Ambience.

my experience was not pleasant. The staff member who took our order was rude and unprofessional, which affected the overall experience. I hope the restaurant addresses this and improves its customer service.

Worst food, worst experience ever Mutton biriyani to worst mutton cool Serving and drumstick cornflour only you can find 10% of chicken only serving, they take 45 minutes no clean area all dirty place
