Visited this place on a Saturday at 0730pm. 1.On reaching,the staff denied my booking saying that “We don’t have bookings via Zomato” 2.Showed them the booking and requested seating outdoors coz indoors was a tad bit hot on account of their oven.The staff seemed puzzled,and didn’t know what to say;just stated that no we can’t do anything. Within less than 7 minutes,2 tables already called for their cheque and left. 3.Now we finally sat outside,ordered.Pizzas arrived.I requested for napkins/tissue paper.This question seemed to be out of syllabus for the staff attending to us.Then he gave explanation saying that the 1pm staff didn’t keep any napkins and we didn’t even give tissues to the people before us. The pizzas are definitely tasty,but the staff needs an awful amount of training.Their sink is in a corner outside their restaurant,and again no napkins there either!

The veg pizza was really tasty - Pesto Verde (we replaced pesto sauce with tomato marinara sauce). But the pork pepperoni pizza was Rs 800 but they used low quality pepperoni. Really disappointed.

Amazing pizzas, this should be a must visit place for pizza lovers. We had pesto burratta pizza and focassia. Both were top notch. Sourdough bread was very fresh and tasty

Please don't confuse this outlet with Madhapur outlet. This looks like a franchised outlet. Seating is not at all comfortable. Ambience doesn't pay well at all. The food doesn't compensate this shortcomings at all. The pizza cheese doesn't have any character. The marinara sauce isn't good at all. All toppings are raw and not cooked with sauce.Pesto doesn't highlight any character. Only things to compensate these are garlic and chili oil which are added as a combo. The wood fired oven just burns the crust and doesn't cook pizza evenly. All contents are preserved. Calzine just has tomato paste with no flavor. The cooks are not versed, They are there to just assemble the pizza and burn it. Mozarella, feta, Buffalo, curdled cheese are not at all good at all. Few of the reviews are confused with Madhapur outlet. Just avoid this one completely and try Madhapur outlet.
