We really liked Prezmo. It's our first time, and loved it. From the ambience, to novel taste, to quantity, to the welcoming vibe in staff; it was a unique experience. Shankar took really great care of us. This is going to be our regular spot.

Coffee and food were quite average—nothing to rave about. The ambience, however, was pleasant and made the visit worthwhile. A decent spot if you’re looking for a comfortable setting, though the menu could use a little more spark.

used to love the place been there couple of times but felt they can realky work on the cleanliness of the restraunt dirty walls , chairs and the floor , shabby and almost dead plants food overall is good

chicken wings are good , Alfredo veg pasta is good, and the worst part is pizza , and it's not worth the money(Felt something is missing)

This used to be our go-to place, but sadly it has completely lost its charm. You can clearly see it in how empty the place has become lately — I’m guessing others are feeling the same way too. It honestly feels like the management has changed, and not in a good way. The service is disappointing, slow, and careless. The food quality has dropped significantly — it genuinely felt like they were serving old or stale food, which is unacceptable. What’s worse is the pricing scam. They’ve increased prices but haven’t updated the menu accordingly. If you’re not careful, you’ll end up overpaying. I had to point it out and get it corrected myself. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I will never go here again, and looking at how empty it’s been, it seems like many others have already made the same decision.
