the vibe was good, food options extremely limited . the main problem was with district booking of table ! district app seems to be a place to see what restaurants are there . booking from here doesn't confirm a table, or doesn't guarantee no waiting time ! district is a database of restaurants and nothing more.! it's absolutely pointless to book any table from here. last 3-4 experiences have been horrible ! there is no coordination between you and the restaurant. you don't check whether you are overbooking.. you blame restaurant, restaurant blames you ! pathetic service. infact there is no service you are providing ! absolutely pointless using district for any hotel reservation

Extremely Unprofessional Management and Rude Bouncers As someone who frequently visits nightlife spots across Hyderabad—from Zero40, Forge, and Broadway to Babylon, Prost, and 10 Downing Street—I have never experienced such terrible management and downright disrespectful behavior as I did at Prism. Despite arriving after 10 PM to a venue that was almost completely empty, the bouncers treated us with an arrogant and hostile attitude. First, they demanded ₹2,000 per head as a fully redeemable cover charge. Within literally a minute, they changed their story and claimed that ₹1,000 of it was actually a non-redeemable entry fee—blatantly making up rules on the spot just to hassle us as stags.Having visited almost every major pub in the city, I expect a basic level of professionalism. Prism’s staff lacks standard courtesy and integrity, treating genuine customers like a nuisance. Save your time and money and go to places like Babylon, Broadway, or Zero40 where hospitality actually matters

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a club. The behavior of the bouncers and club managers was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of making guests feel welcomed and ensuring a good experience, the staff’s attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way the situation was handled was absolutely unacceptable. A club should be a place where people come to relax, enjoy themselves, and have a good time—not a place where they have to deal with arrogant and disrespectful staff. I genuinely would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on how to communicate and treat customers respectfully. Very disappointing. I would never want anyone else to go through the kind of experience we had. #Never ever go to Place#

If we want to pay through district dining, we have to include service charge and pay or else we should be paying through card or upi. But I wonder why this haven’t been provided as a note while booking the table in the district. Pathetic service

Waiters are scrashing tip after billing and refused to cut service charges and didn't allowed us to go without paying 1000 rupee tip, waiter named "niranjan" Twice he did same with us Apart from looting behaviour of waiter club is nice

I booked a table in zomato , after going there , people who are reception mentioned there’s no zomato , swiggy , we need to buy entry separately Discounts also not applicable
