Visited Punjabi Haveli Dhaba with a friend who was put up in NALSAR campus Shamirpet. In and around Shamirpet, this is probably the relative best restaurant you can find, unless you don't going into a resort for a more premium upmarket meal. Our dinner was on a Thursday evening at 9pm, so there was barely any crowd at all. They certainly have done up the place to give you the unique dhaba vibe. Kudos for the effort! They also have live sports streaming and we saw quite a few people on their laptops working and enjoying their slow meal. The washrooms are not so great but usable. The wait staff were pleasant and friendly. The menu has just about the right spread that a Punjabi dhaba should. We ordered lassi, Gobi Manchurian, butter naan and butter roti, then a panner butter masala. We liked all of our dishes! The Panneer was exceptionally soft and better than most places I've had paneer at. The naan and rotis were very nice too and went well with the Gobi Manchurian. Service was reasonably quick. We took a parcel for a friend as well. Bottom-line : For a place that costs about 1200 INR for two people and seeing that there are few alternatives in this area, the experience was certainly good and will recommend.

On a positive note, location and food of restaurant is excellent. However, they did not allow payment through zomato. So any discounts or zomato pay wallet amounts cannot be used here for Dine In. The manager clearly mentioned that they have already stopped their payment association with zomato.

It was blazing hot in the afternoon. They dont have any AC. Only big desert coolers that throw hot air at you. The seating is uncomfortable. Their dal makhani is the worst I have ever tasted. The jeera rice was dry and hard. The naan was soft and good. The only thing that was good. The mango lassi was room temperature and sour. Lassi is supposed to be sweet but theirs was sour. All in all I didnt like the ambience or the food. It is expensive for the quality they provide. Wont go again!

This place is waste of time and money. I went to this place after checking it's rating on Google and of course the reels. Whatever I saw in reel about food it was totally opposite. Food was not at all tasty and chutneys were not fresh too. I traveled 40km for this place. I would suggest to try better places inside the city.

Worst food ever , the owner/ management should have minimum conscience for serving food like this to the customers , no taste at all , I was so disgusted by the food that I didn’t even have the appetite to click pictures

Food delivery very slow... It took us 1.45 Hours and that too we came out exhausted. Roti was half cooked. PRICE TOO HIGH LIKE A STAR HOTEL. Portion quantity very much less. Not recommended
