Though it’s a smaller outlet with limited menu options, loved everything I had, the food quality was just excellent. We had the ghee roast chicken sandwich, the zaatar croissant, the fried chicken burger and ginger tea. Service was great in general, esp Manik hosted us attentively and beaming with kindness. Made a whole lot of difference. Thanks! I think I like this outlet much better than the others, since it wasn’t loud and crowded.

The viral pistachio kunafa dessert was written as eggless in the display menu but actually turned out to have egg as we had an allergic reaction to the dessert since one of us have an egg allergy

So, I'm not really a cold coffee girlie but Roast seemed like a safe bet so I ordered their Iced Latte and oh boy, were my cravings iced for life! Caffeine capital? More like coffee flavored water, I swear on my dead cravings for cold coffee for life! Raspberry Tentation cake stood out, not gonna lie! It was surprisingly good! Ambience is good too! I'll surely visit again if they'd just let me sit and read a book or something. Ordering coffee on the other hand? Dreading it!

I ordered a dessert and some pasta. Pasta was fine. The dessert, chocolate eclair, was completely sour, rancid. I reached out to swiggy, they couldnt do much, i then called the restaurant over 4 times to ask what had possibly gone wrong. I was told i maybe mistaken, and error of this sort was impossible. I insisted, i was told i will be informed after investigating. Its been a day, no update, and i am hella sick with stomach aches and nausea. I think its time to file a complaint with fssai. A dessert that costs 400 is not even worth throwing in the trash, it was way way beyond its expiration date. What a shame!

Ordered a hummus bowl but the main ingredient hummus was only missing from the dish. When asked to the manager, he is like we charge for even a small cup of worst experience.

Even before I could reach the restaurant they refused to accept a reservation even though there were senior citizens in the group. Their loss was Roast CCX's gain

pathetic. The Ac is bad, the service is bad and the WiFi doesn't work. The staff doesn't seem to care.
