Their Apricot delight is a must try🥰🥰🥰 . It is so flavourful and comes in good quantity. I also ordered kodi chips (⭐️⭐️ /5) and potlam kheema biryani (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5) Decent ambience Overall experience- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apricot is good but the menu is bad and unhygienic kindly see the photos above. tissues are not available in the lavatory and water is not there, The faucet is not working and for hand wash water was not available and was provided by water in the bucket.

The food can be improved. Mojito was not at all good. Complete sweet syrup. Better to avoid mojitos.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sainma through Zomato. The food was overly salty, and even contained a foreign object(hair) — completely unacceptable and unsafe. What made it worse is the clear negligence and inconsistency from the restaurant. It’s shocking to see how such carelessness continues without any accountability. When I raised the concern, Zomato’s response was beyond frustrating. Instead of genuinely investigating, they simply replied: “As the food preparation is handled entirely by the restaurant, there are certain aspects that remain beyond our direct control.” and “After carefully reviewing the details, we are unable to take further action in this case.” It clearly shows that Zomato doesn’t really care about the customer experience — all they want is their share from the order, no matter how bad or unsafe the food might be. This kind of negligence from both the restaurant and Zomato is unacceptable. I’ve faced issues before and ignored them, but this time it’s a serious hygiene and quality concern. I’d strongly recommend others not to order from this restaurant until they fix their standards — and Zomato should start prioritizing customers over commissions if they want to retain trust

Poor Quality food, only dependent on spicy notes. Writing review after visiting the 3rd time. Maida based tandoori rotis (crispy, papad like) are each Rs 79 + taxes. Chapatis are two for Rs 79 + taxes. Absolutely no justification for such exorbitant prices. Chilli chicken was neither Chinese nor Andhra but a crappy blend of both. Biryani was average. Punjabi dal tadka had nothing Punjabi about it. Finaly we all had digestion issues later in the evening. Overall, a bad experience.

We reached around 10:30 pm on 13th August and the waiters seems to be disinterested in taking order even though the kitchen isn’t closed. For basic tandoori roti, they were telling us that it will take 25-30 minutes. When many tables are empty and hardly 3 families at that time, how can they avoid us? We were made to leave the place indirectly. Worst service. Thinespo restaurant waiters are very much welcoming and could serve us on the same day.

The taste of the food has fallen down so badly, the service is avg, but the major issue is with the food, too salty or too much fried etc. the cutlery provided not so great, the menu a4 size papers are dirty, the washrooms are not in service, the sink may just collapse on your leg some day. I mean it was a disaster to have dinner at your place sainma. You were a go to place till last year, but sainma, level up.

ordered paneer biryani but got chicken biryani and I am pure vegetarian (brahmin) and later on they again gave us paneer biryani but the quality and taste were very very bad..

Ordered appollo fish jus now. And they delivered uncooked fish with tasteless. u can see picture of it... Same happened with mutton in dinein
