We had a stay of 3 days in Amrutha castle. Based on a castle theme , this is a Hotel with excellent ambience and good service .Breakfast buffet is overpriced with no variety and they have a single person to prepare egg dishes who is overloaded and hence consumes lot of time. Hardly any north indian food option in breakfast. We opted to eat out most of the times but preferred having lunch here on the last day of our stay. they customized the spice level as per our requirement , food was very tasty and price reasonable. overall good experience.

Not sure why this place has got such a low rating, i stayed here for 4 days and had breakfast and dinner here a few times and everything that i had was good, the staff was always on there feet, always helpful, the taste was upto the mark, there was even live singing on weekends. I had chicken in garlic sauce with fried rice, apollo fish, plain dosa, masala dosa, masala omlette, idli, poha, uttapam and everything was very well cooked. Taste:8/10 Service:9/10 Ambience:8/10 Value for Money:8/10

Even though the food and spread is not the best still I would give them a 4 star for breakfast because the price is very nominal. For the price the food is pretty good They have juices ( may not be cold) , live egg and dosa counter, another 4 to 5 items. The staff is very friendly but are just not able to meet your demands always I asked them for ice, but finally they said they had none. Lovely sitting area, u can sit by the fountain watch the fish swim.

The hotel is extremely beautiful and is a great replication of the western castles. We stayed here for almost a week & had a pleasant stay. But, the restaurant falls a little short of expectation. The food were neither extraordinary nor terrible, most of the items were just okay. According to me, their fish & chips was the best item. The kebabs were also quite well made. They mostly serve South Indian items for the buffet breakfast which was a disappointment as I prefer North Indian food & the variety is quite less. The ambience is pretty & the decor is cozy. The attendents are slow & inattentive. Also, they have language issues & did not understand our orders.

We visited Amrutha castle for my friend birthday party four months ago,which is nearby secretariat.we went for dinner buffet,actually we bought Groupon coupons .Nearly twenty items were there in buffet spread,items were not great but average,some items were pretty gud.I'd like to say it's totally worth the money.Ambience was pretty good,actually I wanted to see the swimming pool but at that time it was closed.so it was a mixed experience. Had buffet dinner. Food was just ok ok type. First of all the food was not organised well. The menu and food arrangement order was like Non-veg Soup, Veg Soup, Watermelon Juice, Mint Juice, 3 types of Salads, Chicken Biryani, Fish Curry, Veg Noodles, Raita, Mirchi ka Salan, Curd Rice, 2 types of Pickles, Plain Curd, Schezwan Potato, Aaloo Gobi(Cabbage), Aachari Gobi(Cauliflower), Avial, Muttor Pulav, Plain Rice, Dal, Rasam, Fries, Moongdal Halwa, Butter Naan & Tandoor Roti.

This was the worst hotel for having food. The taste never comes to your mouth. The hotel was amazing and best recommended to stay but when comes to food the worst one I've got on my list. You can enjoy the view and the location but seriously not the food.

I wish I can give 0 stars to Salzburg street Just like hindi proverb it’s NAAM BADE AND DARSHAN CHHOTE well first buffet price is 550+tax They don’t have variety at all long waiting to serve food 1st we tries soup it was mint coriander soup which taste yukkk Then when we move to starter they serve us chicken Manchuria on table which was one serve we were 2 person it was over in tasting then we were searching for roti or naan but it was not on counter We have to order and booom again have to wait for 15-20 minutes Let’s go to main course they have just one chicken curry which taste pathetic and some mix veg curry which was too salty But I was like hey not problem biriyani is there will eat that And again when I took biriyani at end it was like burn masala and smell very badly and taste was pathetic i couldn’t eat even 2 spoon and after that horrible experience in food I went to check sweet section so they have moong dal halwa on that day and mango ice cream both were below average It’s just waste of money For food 0 star Ambiance 3 Service 2 Value for money 0

Service is very slow, no air conditioning at all, food was tasty. Kindly improve your food menu and ambience. Earlier was sitting in the bar and cockroaches were roaming inthe floor and there also AC was not there

Me and few friends attended a program at the MP Birla Planetarium.Since this place was nearby we wanted to check it out,the only thing I can say about this place is stay away from it.
