We got here around 4pm on a Sunday and there was a waiting time of over 25mins. The steward at the door was quite biased and kept letting in locals who kept speaking to him + men, disheartening. Finally, Us 2 girls get to our table and the person who has to take our order takes a good 30 mins to come to us. PATHETIC. food takes another 15 mins. Good food, nothing too out of this world. Horrible service and audacity to ask for tip after all of this. Not worth the wait or experience.

Worst experience – unacceptable and insulting service Worst mutton biryani I have ever had. The biryani was fully burnt, not just one piece. When I complained to the waiter and showed him a burnt piece of mutton, instead of accepting their mistake, he took that one piece away and came back with a replacement of just ONE piece 😭. This shows how arrogant, unprofessional, and cheap the management is. They clearly refused to acknowledge the real issue and tried to brush it off in the most disrespectful way possible. Serving burnt food and then “fixing” it by replacing a single piece is an absolute joke. No apology, no proper replacement, no accountability. Completely ruined the meal and the experience. Will never visit again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

food was good, never mention. But I have to give 2 star for the customer service we experienced from the restaurant. we asked a Querry and the response was such bad and rather than giving good suggestion they telling to give feedback. which they knows if we give bad review also it wont affect. But be honest customer relationship I got bad experience.

I visited this place with a work colleague after another colleague’s recommendation. We wanted to try out the ramadan special food. People flocked at the counters to buy food items. We decided to take a table and eat peacefully. Ordered for Haleem. It was delicious, with lots of ghee, cashews, although we did get a couple of small pieces of bones. We also ordered for mutton seekh kebabs, they were very flavourful! The dining area is ignored by the staff who at times can be pretty arrogant.

Biriyani was very good.. Ordered for kebab platter it was damn good.. Very good quantity and taste but not hygienic flies were flying, ac issues

the shahgiuse days are gone .... now they are like we don't care about customers..... no proper management .... no proper service ..... staff behavior is awful..... taste is not worth it .... in short place not worth it

The restaurant seems to have real hygiene issues. If the restaurant is so filthy in the sitting area, imagine how the kitchen would be. On top of that, the food is average. nothing is special about the biryani (you will get much better biryani at Pista House Kondapur and Nawaabs). Not worth a visit if you care about good food and hygiene.
