Shah Ghouse is one of the oldest and renowned eateries in Hyderabad with varied specialisation of Biryani. Upon getting several recommendations I visited the outlet. Unfortunately my experience was a sheer letdown not because of their food but because of their hospitality. Speaking of food, we ordered Chicken Biryani which was delicious and had good flavours. Chicken was well cooked and the texture was decent as well. We also ordered Crispy Corn which was a let down. Excessive spiciness and overcooked corn tasted very bland and disappointing. On top of that, their service seemed to be very ignorant, careless, and rude overall. The order was excessively delayed and we had to remind the staff to provide Salan and other add ons with the Biryani (which they served late too). All in all, the conclusion is that the outlet is overhyped and I would not recommend this place for a go to corner.

The sheer incompetence of the staff is appalling! They don't understand what you are telling them, they barely care how long you've been waiting, and if they give you the one last smidgen of acknowledgement, they'll talk like you owe them one! I understand the amount of frustration that can come from a huge pile of orders and long hours but a brand such as this can do a hell lot better! The only great thing was the biriyani for which we waited around 40 minutes. Even a bland oatmeal would taste okay after that!l Please don't order a double ka meetha from this place! Eat a jim jam from the store outside

bad experience with the food, had ordered chicken manchow soup probably they don't know what it is, absolutely disappointed. even the chicken biryani has undercooked chicken pieces with loads of red chilli powder. mutton biryani had many pieces but the rice was only masala. A big No!

we ordered mutton biryani and the veg biryani flavour was changed ok some time it happened coming to service parts it is very pathetic The servers are very rude.

We ordered biryani and curry and found hair in both. Upon informing waiter and supervisor, no action taken by them. Please dont visit, no hygiene maintained
