So we went here with family....i personally loved the roadside view.... it was very lively.... one must try their special 555 ,kebabs,and murgh pakeeza .... it was superb...the staff is very polite and fast....

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE EVER. The most pathetic customer service ever. Guy at the reception asked to rush as kitchen was getting closed, so requested him to take my order while I'm on the way and keep stuff ready so that we save time. But he flatly refused. Had to rush to reach before kitchen closes, when I reached I asked the reception guy as to why he didn't take my order to which he again replied in a rude manner. When I replied to him saying bas service, the arrogant owner of the restaurant comes up to me and shouts " Nahi hai service, jao nahi milega khana". He literally said that infront of other customers in order to humiliate me. We got no option but to eat as there was no other restaurant was open. The owner's son then made us sit in the family section. Now comes the food. The chicken sweet corn soup was the most thinnest and most awful soup I ever had with no chicken at all. Prawns pepper fry was really delicious with big tiger prawns. Shahi tukda the desert was another big disappointment. Although they serve good biryani, the attitude of the owner and the receptionist and most importantly the customer service is terrible! Even the prices are high! Not recommended to visit!

I visited this restaurant yesterday and they did not allow me to pay through the Zomato app as there was a 10% discount shown for gold members in the Zomato app. As i am a gold member i wanted to avail the discount but the restaurant gave me a silly reason that they have not yet activated blah blah and so i didn't get any discount and had to pay the whole amount mentioned in the bill. I got cheated by both the restaurant and by Zomato, because they aren't providing proper information and because of them we are suffering losses...

I bought 8 Chicken Mandi jumbo packs from this restaurant which costed me RS 6000. Mandi rice was full of Garlic spiciness which was not eatable and tomatoes chatni also stinking with full of Green Chillies. 6000 went in the vein just like that. Waste of Money! They should give a feedback to their chefs and they must behave like one now. Rather than doing such blunders.

i got cheated twice with this restaurant, they don't allow me to pay through zomato app, even after requesting them that there is a discount, they simply denied and told me that they don't accept zomato payments and offers, all they want is cash or card. so before going to this restaurant be careful.

Dear owner of the restaurant please teach your staff how to speak with customers . No parking at this restaurant (when you ask for parking they will fight with you as if you have asked them for their property share) and then comes the worst part the food they serve here is very awful by any means.

The food is awful. They served us the uncooked chicken which got a foul smell. And the quality of chicken is poor. i found black spots on the chicken which is unusual. THE CHICKEN IS NOT FRESH.

one of the worst mandi I ever had... guys please don't visit this place... the meat is not fresh and not cooked properly and it's waste of money.. not even worth a penny...🫴

I ordered mini mutton biryani only i got 3 pieces of mutton while having biryani it's taste like full of mirchi
