Staff were very polite and the best part was they listen to your requests and act on it... the ambience was quite with very light music... the range of food got limited owing to current gas shortage... surprising to see limited availability of desserts... bit disappointed in that aspect... overall my family had a good lunch time... thank you District and Signature Grills team for your hospitality

Service was slow . Food was average. Paneer was missing in paneer masala, Kofta was missing in spinach kofta, chick pea salad was half cooked.

I have visited multiple times but the place has fallen of it’s lofty standards. We used to get 2 types of paneer tikka, now one, 2 fruit grills, now zero. One starter wasn’t available after 1 serving. The main course wasn’t being refilled at all, in spite of asking. The desserts used to be many and superb, but it was pathetic- Cham Cham wasn’t available even though the tag was there, every time I asked, they said it will come. Except one apricot desert rest were very poor in taste too. Extremely disappointed with a place I used to frequent. It was weekend and I paid premium price of 860. I doubt I’ll visit again

Vlue add for your money if you get some offer in zomato; But, this is not like a premium restaurant. Food taste is average. Rest rooms are okay. it is pure veg restaurant. But dont find any authentic special veg dishes there ... Here and there one or two deserts are good. Rest all are just okay. Though you can have stomach full with many items in the buffet, None of the dishes have that WOW factor in it.

I visited Signature Grills today for their buffet, and it was a very disappointing experience. Only around 50% of the menu was available, which is completely unacceptable for a buffet service. When I questioned the staff and management, they mentioned a “gas shortage” as the reason. If that’s the case, why wasn’t this clearly informed beforehand or updated as a limited menu? Despite this, they were charging the full buffet price, which feels unfair and misleading. What made the experience worse was the behavior of the management. Instead of handling the concern professionally, one of the managers started raising his voice and behaved very rudely. The staff also seemed untrained and unprofessional. Overall, poor service, lack of transparency, and unacceptable behavior. Definitely not recommended.

The worst experience we had in any restaurant. First tere was no one to attend to when we arrived at the reception for long time. After around 20 mins, someone came and said will check, that person never came back, I tried to explain that I have a table booked through zomato and paid the reservation amount also but there was no one who is bothered about us. No one cared. I suggest never go to this place in your life. finally after 45 mins of waiting I got frustrated and left the place . I was with my family and got a very bad embarrassment. Cant imagine a restaurent like this ever . not sure who is giving good rating to this restaurant , seems all those good ratings are totally fake.

It was worst food we ever had. AC was not working, food was very bland I even got stones in my food. Staff were very rude the so called person who claims him as manager has very bad behaviour. No papad and curd and the least we expected was food to be hot and the grill was of no use we were there for approx 1hr the grill items were cold only even that has not reached to expectation they have ruined our special occasion. We have called them multiple times for service they didn’t respond. Very bad I don’t know who are giving good reviews for this.

There is no clarity on the billing as they informed 350/- per kid but they charged 640/- and no one available to explain this , and the food quality is average. Even basic items like French fries were not offered. Overall, it did not feel worth the money. I would not recommend this place for lunch or dinner. worst experience food is not tasty
