Good food we have enjoyed a lot with the Zomato service and no need of cooking only Zomato which serves all our tasty bites with good food

I don't know if time I visited was bad but really had horrible experience dining here. As specifically mentioned about food, loose prawns complete coated with some different coating due to which we felt it very salty and completely destroyed the prawn taste. We requested management to replace but they denied saying we prepare like this only. Coming to paneer butter masala also didn't taste good. Not worth for the price at all. Same like some cheap food at local dhaba. Finally we ordered sweet n salt lemon soda which was very bitter even after informing them they have replaced with new which is also similar to previous one. Only good thing about restaurant is ambience is good but without good food it's worthless.

This is the worst premium hotel in oyo. No wifi and room service. Atleast 80% of the claims are false. It’s an absolute waste of money. Since it’s India and regulations aren’t strict, this hotel is abusing and exploiting all the possibilities to run the business. I hope this review helps all the new customers to not get cheated like me and suffer all the consequences.

Went to the place with great expectations, but they spoiled the mood and the craving I had. Ordered cheese mushroom tikka, which was very spicy 🔥 and the price they charged is very high. Don't go to this place if you are food lovers. Waste of money. Instead you can have better food on street side.

I am a regular customer to this hotel and eat mushroom biryani often. Today I have took away mushroom biryani to home. Very bad experience. Gravy is completely spoiled and vegetables in salad are rotten. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel now onwards. Quality have come down to earth.

Taste is waste....when we Oder food u have send normal rice & masala.... But u guy's are sended only full of masala rice,...! How the children will eat ? This much of masala rice

Food quality is worst, not higene, Surabhi is worst hotel in both offline and online orders. Even hotel and banquets are also worst, poor maintenance.

Worst service no response and no respect to wards coustmers no proper response from management . Really not a good place to go .Avoid this hotel.
