The ambience is absolutely beautiful with a peaceful and serene vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time. The desserts were delicious and beautifully presented. The overall atmosphere, food, and hospitality made the visit memorable. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

This is a fantastic spot for ice creams, shakes, brownies, and waffles, with a great ambiance to match. While the pricing is slightly on the higher side, it feels reasonable for those who frequently visit cafes. Their shakes and sizzling brownies are particularly outstanding and among the best I’ve had. If you’re in Gachibowli and craving sizzling brownies, shakes, ice creams, or waffles, this is definitely one of the top places to visit. Having been here more than 7-8 times, I can confidently recommend it for anyone looking for a delightful dessert experience.

Food is value for money definitely as it is affordable. They tried to create a cute ambience inspired from Sakura Season and cherry blossoms and pastel theme but they are not able to keep maintain it or keep it clean. The chairs have stains, the floor was unclean with bills lying, crumpled paper napkins, crumbs of food. Pastel theme should not be taken of you can not keep them clean. Too dirty.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The food served was stale, and the vanilla ice cream was clearly spoiled. Additionally, the staff did not wear gloves, raising serious concerns about hygiene practices. There appears to be a complete lack of quality control. We urge the cafe owner to conduct regular quality checks — especially by tasting the ice creams/ items themselves.
