The food was awesome but . And service was to notch and the way of receiving is amazing . Just loved everything except their is no mutton the starter apart from excellent place to have lunch .

The food was delicious and having lots of varieties. Mother 's Day Celebration and Mango 🥭 festival was celebrated nicely. Staff members were very helpful.

The overall experience was average and somewhat disappointing. The menu is repetitive with very little variety or anything new to try. The yogurt being served was quite sour, and the fresh juices were overly diluted, almost like flavored water. The cheese omelet also lacked enough cheese, which made it underwhelming. While the service and setup were decent, the food quality and consistency definitely need improvement.

Was shocked to see that no standards that IBIS usually maintains applies to this particular place.when we entered, the management took forever to even identify our reservation and kept us waiting till they could find it (despite me showing it to them).we opted for a buffet around 1:45pm and were told almost immediately that the welcome drinks are not available. Coming to food, the whole setup was haphazard (no proper sort meant of sections, veg and non-veg sections were not organised and were scattered throughout. starters next to desserts). Leaving the infrastructure and setup aside, if I have to talk about food, I’d say it’s a huge disaster. Most of the counters were empty and were not getting replenished for a good 30-40 mins. The spread was not worth the money we spent and basic cutlery like Bowls and spoons were not available, food was bad and huge queues for whatever little food was actually available. Horrible experience and NEVER coming here again . Bad job IBIS.

We visited Ibis restaurant as a group of four, and the buffet was a complete disappointment. The food options were very limited, and frankly, there was no taste at all. Whether it was chicken curry, biryani, veg curry, sambar rice, or even the starters—everything was oddly sweet, lacking spice, and completely missing the masala flavors you’d expect. It felt like every dish was made with the same bland recipe. Dont expect desserts and sweets. For this below-average spread, they handed us a bill of ₹5877, which is outrageous given the quality. The only saving grace was that I paid through the Magicpin app, which gave me a 70% discount, bringing the final amount down to ₹1760. Interestingly, I learned about Magicpin from someone sitting at the next table while I was paying—so at least that part turned out well. Overall, the restaurant itself is the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Please avoid going here if you value taste, variety, or value for money.
