Whether it was your first encounter with your friends in school or the chats in the workplace, its that conspicuous “Lunch Box” which helped break the barrier, connecting you to people through the sweet aroma of your home cooked meals. Whether its the joyful nostalgia of your packed school lunches or the ready-to-go meals in a fast moving day in office, these tiffins have been an integral part of our lives without us even taking notice. Celebrating the legacy of this unsung hero, Spice Junxtion is hosting a month long Lunch Box Food Fest here at Taj Deccan, infusing the myriad flavours of Southern India, all served in a box.

There is no two ways in eating sea food and mainly crab. I personally love munching on sea food but crab always poses challenge to me in terms of getting more than messy but is a bit challenging on it.  Sea food lovers do know the joy as well as the mess you relish while dining with crabs. Its a skill that many like me explore or even show interest. Being a sea food lover myself, I restrain many a times eating CRABS due to this challenge and today I feel how much I have lost to create such CRAB-tastic memories. This whole crab festival notches up when Hyderabad's 5-star property Taj Deccan is currently hosting "CRAB FACTORY" at Spice Junxion for month long promotion.

Recently visited this place for the birthday celebration. It was an amazing experience, the place has a fantastic ambiance, the staff is courteous, food quality is the best, and maintained the highest level of hygiene and sanitization. Special thanks to Chef Mohit for the awesome food, Shane and Venu for excellent service. It was a memorable evening and will definitely visit again.

When it comes to luxury hotels or star properties they always come up with interesting food festivals that last for a limited period of time. These food fests allow you to experience the different cultures, traditions and are close to the actual ones and every time its something different from the previous one.

Loved the ambience of this place . Their concept of tiffin is pretty interesting . Would surely love to try next time . A nice small place for south Indian food . Lot more things to be tried at this place . Maybe next time .

Must try place for thali. Food is very rich yet tasty. We tried both South and North Indian thalis - equally delicious. Staff is very courteous and welcoming.

Had stayed here for a night and got the oppertunity to visit the spice junction at Taj Deccan. Though I'm well versed with the cuisine and it's quality as had attended a number of official programs here hence had a lot of expectation from its Mutton biryani and it didn't disappoint me at all. Lovely cooked mutton biryani with its signature subtle taste n aroma just gives you a wonderful aftertaste and a sense of satisfaction as well. But to be honest I did find the price a little more than what I felt was appropriate especially knowing that it's a five star property. Service was good overall a good experience

Nice place to dine... We had been dining here every night when we were at Taj Deccan. This has thalis - Coastal, Hyderabadi and Telengani. We tried the Hyderabadi non-veg thali. It was good. We also tried Hyderabadi biriyani and it was good too.

I feel like all of the dishes are a little spicy.the achari aloo tikka was very good , though everything else was not that good.the waiters were very slow too

Table booking doesnot work. Restaurant doesnot accept Zomato pro payments. Worthless of taking pro membership of Zomato.
