Cheap quality food and service for 3 star hotel prices. The manager who stays on the 4th floor is most useless for the restaurant as he doesn't know how to listen to the customer and answer properly. Useless and total waste of money. Biriyani is too cold as if it was taken from the fridge. When questioned they simply said hot biriyani is served on the ground floor only. And here they only serve hot starters and remaining things are normal temperature

Yesterday we bought biryani and chicken fry from srikanya, but we received the food product cover and box with out name of the hotel and quality is also not same I don't know Whether the food supplied by zomoto people is from u r hotel or some other place. There is no quality and there is guarantee that the the food recieved is from u r hotel. We know what the taste and quality of srikanya.

Ordered chicken fry piece biryani… TRUST ME its bagara rice with 5 small chicken pieces. So called biryani did not give the feel/taste/flavour. Usually chicken is cooked along with biryani.. these people separated it without SYNC and called CFB?? Good out of the box thought.. but sorry it’s not called biryani and not worth 300 rupees

It feels that they use dalda for cooking instead of ghee. That’s really bad for health. While having biryani it feels like there are some mud particles. Not even a good experience.

Worst behaviour with the customer. Frustated management. Fully commercial. Also beware of the plates that your eating. Its not at all clean. NO HYGEINE AT FOOD..

Worst Paneer biryani.. served with semi liquid biryani and when asked he says it ghee and masala .. very funny response and faaltu response
