We visited on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is located at one of the busier corners of the city, and the outdoor seating was completely full. Since the waiting time was long, we decided to sit indoors instead. However, the indoor seating turned out to be quite chaotic. People waiting for outdoor tables kept walking in and out of the indoor section, treating it almost like a waiting hall. With multiple entrances to the indoor seating area, there was a constant flow of people, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful dining experience. We ordered Mac and Cheese Balls and Japanese Spiced Chicken as starters. The vegetarian starter arrived fairly quickly, but we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the chicken starter. We kept checking with the staff, who explained that the kitchen was busy and the order was taking longer than expected. While waiting for the chicken, we ordered Veg Spaghetti Aglio Olio. The chicken starter finally arrived about 30 minutes after the first dish. Another 15 minutes passed, and when we asked about the pasta, the waiter informed us that it would take some more time. At that point, we were ready to cancel the order and leave, but the staff assured us they would try to get it out as soon as possible. We decided to wait a little longer because the starters had been good. Thankfully, the pasta arrived within another five minutes, and it tasted really good too. My 3-star rating is purely for the food we tried. The dishes were good, but the overall experience fell short. The ambience was chaotic and nothing like the peaceful setting portrayed in the pictures. The service was also extremely slow. Even getting a Diet Coke required asking the staff multiple times. Overall, the food was good, but the chaotic ambience and long waiting times made the dining experience disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered jalapeño sticks, which had barely any cheese left inside, as it had all spilled out during cooking. The veg spaghetti was also undercooked and clearly not prepared properly. When I raised the concern, the waiter dismissively told me that this was how it was made. He then returned from the kitchen saying another table had received the same dish without any complaints. Since when does another customer's opinion invalidate my feedback? The staff were rude and unwilling to accept criticism. Absolutely unacceptable service and food quality. Would not recommend.

The worst customer services . They don’t even provide plates. When we ordered food and the food is not even tasty at all the pizza sauce is soo tangy no proper cheese and the mac and cheese balls no cheese at all

This is the worst place to go if you are hungry in the morning. We ordered one dish & it was not delivered until 35 mins. We finally left the place without eating. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.
