This place is self service. The prices are reasonable. The food is amazing. Dosa, Idli, medu vada, Dahi vada, Pesarattu, curd rice, Meal thali , Chole Bhature everything thing was excellent. Value for money

As a lover of South Indian food I always love exploring places with good south Indian food especially dosa. This place has amazing Dosa. One should surely try this place!!

This is my best 'go to place' for breakfast since last 10 years or so. I love the poori, idli wada, rasam idli, all dosa varieties. And it's pocket friendly too.

Best food at good rates .....enjoyed the taste ......must visit once .puri bhaji with chutney was an awsome match and even the fruit salad with icecream

Decent place to have decent tea. Was visiting a relative in Apollo and was looking for good tea and snacks. Serves good tea but coffee was not great. Had Set Dosa and Karam Uthappam both tasted nice. Service was fast and staff were energetic. Place is maintained very neat which is the best thing about this place.

Great place to have authentic dosas which we get in some South/Karnataka hotels. Decent AC section and general section to sit and have great breakfast. Hygiene and service would be little slow and lazy but the food is great to try. Management is not interested in providing at least a decent hand wash solution for which we went ahead and asked for it, they acted irresponsible and careless to listen to us. Must try : ginger paneer dosa Food :4.5 Service : Average Hygiene : 2.5 VFM : 3.5 Worth visiting once more: Yes

Very disappointing experience at Swathi Coffee Shoppe, Kachiguda.
The staff and management were extremely unprofessional. The manager, Kiran, demanded extra money for basic accompaniments like karam podi, asking ₹20 extra when questioned. This felt like an attempt to overcharge and mislead customers. When we requested a little more chutney or sambar, the staff—who are senior citizens—started shouting instead of responding politely. There was no basic customer courtesy, and the overall behavior was rude and disrespectful. For a place with such a long-standing name, this kind of service is unacceptable. Please be cautious before visiting, as the experience was far from pleasant.

Don't ever take north indian dishes.informed 4 times n he wrote also to make 'less spicy' but they ignored n made my stomach upset. Very bad taste of curries n soups. Biryani also not good. South indian is okay in taste. Overall not good, not first option but last option u can visit. Not recommended.

The service at Swathi Hotel was extremely poor. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The food was below average, and the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend having food there.
