They have the most soft , tastiest and the best pure veg cakes in Hyderabad . I would just recommend to take the chocolate cake I would say you won't regret it after tasting it 🤤. But I would say just check that it's freshly bake once before that ( the only concern ).

Red velvet cake, when made correctly has an extremely complex flavor. That is what makes it so good. It is a moist vanilla cake with a hint of chocolate in it. Also, due to the addition of Buttermilk and acid it is a little tart and a little salty too. A cream cheese frosting Is classic to a red velvet cake and provides it another dimension of flavor - creaminess. All these flavors together make a red velvet cake the perfect heavenly dessert. The red food coloring is not present to provide any flavor but only added because of its name. You can also make blue velvet, pink velvet or any colour you want with the same basic recipe. The reason, the classic version is called red velvet is because good quality unprocessed Cocoa when comes in contact with the vinegar makes the batter red. Now a days, it's hard to get that good Cocoa, hence introducing the food colouring.

One of my most favourite bakery in Hyderabad because it's pure vegetarian. In this bakery I mostly prefer red velvet cake it's my favourite. Always i visit this bakery just to have red velvet cake. My friend bought this cake for me it was so fresh and delicious. And coming to the price its reasonable.

It can be easily called one of the best bakeries in the city. Swiss castle is there in multiple locations and abids is one area where I always get the items from. The brownies and the fruit rabdi are the items that I always buy if I visit the outlet . All the items are eggless.

I have tried their redvelvet and pineapple pastries . Red velvet pastry was awesome and worth the price. I was little disappointed with pineapple pastry as it was dry at the bottom but the taste was good. I will definitely visit swiss castle again to try other items.

A bit expensive but must try once.... I try red velvet, chocolate truffle & mix fruit cup cake.... Honestly speaking their pastries are amazing but cupcake was not up to the mark.....

Good place ,vegetarian friendly , taste of snacks is good but a bit expensive than others, I'd choose Pancharatan bakery at sultan bazar over this any day!

Tried butterscotch cake. Good but loaded with tons of sugar not able to enjoy the cake because of over sweetness. Tried few items earlier so expected the same.

If your shop can't provide anything by 10 AM, change your timings online!! Visited at 10:45 AM and was told it will take another 20 minutes for the cakes and pastries to be ready.
