I was impressed by the fiery volcano burrito from the menu! It was my first burrito which was perfectly wrapped. Whoever did the wrap deserves a raise! There wasn’t a single grain of rice that fell out of the bottom, which usually gets soggy. This time, it was spot on!

Food: Dry Rice in the Rice Bowl, which is hard to chew. Experience: Booked an offer of 25% from the app. At the counter, after ordering the food, the cashier told me to pay x, and I paid x from the app. Then she said it was not right and asked me to pay some more because she made a mistake while giving a discount. I paid. Basically, I paid the convenience fee twice and did not get the actual offer for which I booked the slot. Because the offer is applicable only once. 2nd time, I didn't get the 25% discount. What I observed with Taco Bell stores (multiple stores) is that cashiers are not that aware of how to deal with online offers. Also, there are conditions that these offers are applicable on a few items. Compare with your competitors and how they handle offers. Simple. Book a slot and pay online. That's it. No other conditions. There is nothing like a cashier calling manager, and they are making these mistakes. I'm writing today based on my previous experiences as well. Hope I don't face these issues next time.
