If we are saying payment through district app, there are only limited items they are giving in offer it is like whatever in offer is there we should buy that only to eat not according to our choice

The Food was really good but we had to wait for 20 mins for ordering because the computers had a technical issue and they were unable to take orders only through District App (Usual orders were taken)... We were also forced not to order anything from the VALUE section of the menu because we were ordering through District App (IDK if there's such a rule)

seating area needs to be cleaner n more comfy, district offer is not applicable on combos etc

Disliked the overall flavours. Got same recipe both in bowl and burrito. Sauce was bland. Had lot of rice in big bowl and very few chunks of topups. Had to wait a long time to place an order since there was no representative to take orders. Tables and seats had leftover food. No cleanliness and staff didn't clean on time after a customer left the table.

Misleading with the offer. It is not applicable on the final bill..only selected few items and they don't inform you first hand. You go looking at the offer to the outlet but end up paying the full amount. Feels like being cheated if you select this out of so many other food outlets based on the offer. Highly misleading.

I have ordered cheesy fries, crispy potato wrap and boss burrito.. out of 3 first 2 are bland and cold. I requested for fresh food for my kid but the guy reheated and served the same. Very disappointed

The place was in terrible condition. We were denied the taco we wanted and were asked to buy the more expensive one. Turns out it was worse than the most basic Taco at California Burrito. lol

Bad Staff bad service unhygienic restaurant, constantly lie on your face saying i cant pay for items using district, lying that unlimited refils are not availabe but others were using it
