After looking forward to having tacos after a long time, our visit to this Taco Bell outlet turned out to be a major letdown. We ordered quite a few items, but most of them failed to meet even basic expectations. Melted Cheese Quesadillas were decent but nothing special. Supreme Rice Bowl was the biggest disappointment- for the price we paid, we mostly got plain rice. The beans, paneer, and veggies were barely there, just enough to say they were included. It felt like paying a premium for a plain bowl of rice. Cheesy Lava Taco Veg was also underwhelming. It was mostly a potato patty, and the “cheesy lava” was nowhere to be found. I kept looking for the cheese till the last bite. Overall, it felt like a waste of a meal and the day. Taco Bell seriously needs to reconsider its portion sizes, ingredient balance, and overall value for money. This experience was far from the quality we expected.

it was quite apparent that the management does not have a sense of foresight from a footfall pov. The food was stale, in bad taste, and caused health issues later that night. The only bell that rings in my ear now is an alarming bell the moment you mention the eatery.
