I had two naked chicken taco meals today, but on receiving the order, I was extremely disappointed with the quantity of fries in both the meals. So I told the cashier named sujal tiwari to add some more as it’s not acceptable. But his reaction to my reasonable query was very agitated and he replies in a rude tone saying “The meals are updated and this is enough” I don’t understand? Has tacobell updated on Lessening the quantity? I wouldn’t even bring up the issue investing my time here, but the approach of the employee was rude enough to bring it to notice.

the staff is kinda weird like they allowed limited items from the menu just because i said I will be paying bill with zomato dining/district and to while i choosed items from the Limited menu. while i was paying the bill i was claiming bank offer then again he ditched me he’s saying you can’t do it this this (like this is the first time I faced this althogh i used it before no restaurants ditched me) although the bill will show them the actual price i entered at first but too:) Worst experience Malakpet Taco Bell

not accepted only some food are available to pay through zomato when that is the condition you should mention the only some specific order are should be paid by zomato in zomato dine in I was order some budget friendly food but they told not accepted budget friendly orders only take payment from zomato primium orders only. and also I am waiting around 30 min for the order taking they deal only deliveries not serious about dinein customers

First thing the actual bill was 330 INR and he (naveen) asked us to pay 366 INR , When asked he is arguing they apply discount and adjusting prices etc 2 the taste was way to bad, don't know whether it tastes like that or after this argument he made the food like this. attached the bill and amount paid. I need to take this action and I need my refund as well. I used a coupon which went in the dustbin.

Had a very bad experience with this branch taco bell The staff was very unprofessional when we asked for my refill with unlimited pepsi they haven’t given because we are three of us at 1st and then they have provided after an argument While having food those staff was literally staring at us we felt very uncomfortable
