It's a must-try! I highly recommend trying it without the cup. Yummy waffle, friendly staff and high quality swirl! I tried the cereal swirl and it is one of a kind. Best ice cream in Hyderabad!! Highly recommended.

Went to Tai Tai last night. It is a Japanese concept soft serve ice cream place. The fish shaped waffle cones are coated inside with a filling(we can choose from the given ones) and the cone is filled with soft serve ice-cream. I ordered Custard filling with chocolate soft serve- the chocolate ice cream was good. But the cone was too thick and didn't have a taste. I couldn't taste the custard at all. Others ordered and I tasted Strawberry filling with chocolate ice-cream - same as above Biscoff filling with vanilla soft serve - the ice-cream was good Nutella with chocolate in a cup - good Chocolate frosty - this was good

This place has a unique concept of providing a soft serve ice cream with waffle filled with flavored jam or cream. You can choose your soft serve flavor and waffle flavor. You can also add toppings like sprinkles on top. We ordered a chocolate soft serve with Oreo waffle filling. We then ordered an Oreo ice cream with a strawberry waffle filling. Even that combination tasted good. Prices are okay. Ambience is not good and place is very small. Definitely not a place to relax at. It's a touch and go type of place

I have already been here in the past not once but twice during evening hours and I really enjoyed the ice cream and the service. But today when I visited in the afternoon they were not active and was rushing me to take order when I still was deciding and there were none behind me. Later I asked them for a to-go as I couldn’t complete my ice cream and they said they don’t have anything. I requested them that earlier I use to get it, so can I get it in the same way but they said they don’t have any and can’t give. I didn’t understand what was meant by can’t give..!!! Thankfully the taste was good but again the quantity was less compared to the one I had earlier. I am not sure if management had changed or what but I am not satisfied with my experience this time! Very bad…!!!!

Me and my husband were really excited abt our visit to tai tai!!! Its was such a disappointment!! We tried vanilla and matcha flavours . Definitely swirl was of smooth texture but wayy tooo overly sweet!! The fish waffle was rather very crispy and grainy!! We cudnt eat beyond 2 spoons! If you like extra sweet swirls then this is the place! Otherwise its just fancy overhyped cute looking way of serving pure sugary stuff
