I love this place. Loved their mini plate thalis which are ideal for cost and quantity. Also like their full meals. Simple food but tasty. Prompt service by servers who are very attentive.

Very slow service, non responsive staff, had to wait 20 mins just for a bottle of water. Very disappointed with the amount of time they take to get food.

After the renovation, the old staff is gone and looks like the chef also changed. If anyone thinking of reviving their childhood memories attached to this restaurant, please don’t. You will be disappointed. Pathetic service. Food quality as gone down a lot. Tried Thali, idly, masala dosa and rava pongal. Soap marks are clearly visible on the Thali plate, masala dosa was oily with a bad oily smell. Rava pongal was dry Idly was just OK. No pictures as it is. not worth to post them.

I bought noodles home and while eating I’ve found a cockroach that’s been cooked along with the noodles. shameful thing for such a famous hotel,basic hygiene is a must. Upon being recently renovated,yet something like this has happened.

Road side break fast is better than this hotel food Stale food and full off noice all iterms in menu are nit avalabile and in watermelon juice taste is of masala dosa !

All chutneys (coconut and ginger) are stale and cause stomach infection. Cleanliness is at its lowest. Tables stink. Pathetic. Supervisor are very rash lack manners.

The food was very bad . Sambar was watery , chutney was salty , masala in the puri was heavy with salt . Puri over fried ..

Very pathetic hotel in all aspects. They make you sit just like to just take order. Not at all advised to visit.
