hi there coming to review food can be considered as 3.5 should work on it but improved from my last visit but the staff should need to learn hospitality they are very poor at hospitality they don't know how to treat a customer who is paying their salaries and they are very unprofessional while talking to customers and manager is not at all responsibile

Food is pathetic served rotten food when asked the manager says it’s fresh.. arguing arrogantly.. person from other table tasted and he supported us and then manager accepted it’s not fresh and asked the staff to serve the fresh one.. to get fresh food we need to argue along with paying for the food.. and ambience is also not that clean we saw couple of cockroaches in the dinning area,: if dinning area has cockroaches then think about the kitchen..

worst service. we went to the restaurant at 10:10pm the restaurant was not too occupied and they offered us a 2 seater where, they were other empty 4 seaters. the seat offered was right next to the open wash area. when asked to change the manager right away declined and asked to wait until 20 more minutes just incase if some other customer comes. this was in a least populated mall at a very late hour AND THEY HAD MORE THAN FIVE TABLES AVAILABLE.

directly they will ask you to wait for 30 - 45 mins .If you ask them for time negotiation..The staff is very rude .Especially,Manager is very very rude.He started using rude language which is intolerable and tried to threatened us.we request management to kindly take proper action against him and make sure your staff will behave properly with customers. =======

Management needs to rework on the policies as we were asked to wait till my friend arrives as I have booked the table for 4, I informed them I will sit inside and order something as my 4 year old was hungry but still they said i can’t step inside till my friends arrive these people are inhumane.

I don't know whats wrong with manager that stands at door of restaurant. I have seen him multiple times physically assaulting customers. Once even a couple carrying child was beaten by this phycho. I would not ever visit or let my friends visit this restaurant
