All the food was great, tried anagara chicken kebabs, Karimnagar fried chicken wings amazing and dum chicken biryani. The dessert was bit disappointing tres leches we ordered and was not good. Remaining items were delicious.

I visited Telangana Spice Kitchen today for lunch. Along with my meal, I ordered a mocktail and later requested extra ice. The staff brought an ice bucket separately. After finishing my meal, when I tried to add more ice to my water, I found three dead cockroaches inside the ice bucket. This is not just poor service—it is a serious hygiene and food safety violation that could have put customers’ health at risk. I immediately stopped consuming the food and took photographs as evidence. I urge Zomato to investigate this restaurant’s hygiene practices immediately. I also expect this incident to be reported to the appropriate food safety authorities to prevent it from happening to others. I have attached photographic evidence of the contaminated ice bucket.

We recently visited TSK at Sattva Knowledge Park and unfortunately had a horrible experience. All the food was served extremely cold, despite us informing the staff multiple times about the issue. What was even more disappointing was the Manager’s response, as he did not seem to take our complaints seriously or make any meaningful effort to address them. Overall, it was a very disappointing and pathetic experience. We definitely did not expect this level of service and food quality from the restaurant.

worst experience ever. The served food was cold. No proper service. They brought the soup starter and the maincourse all at once. Soup was already cold, by the the time we got to starter it was ice cold and the maij course too. Highly disappointed. never booking again.
