Review Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a technical issue with my Zomato Dining booking, which I informed the receptionist about. I made the entry and told her that if the booking did not reflect on Zomato Dining, I would make the payment directly. Unfortunately, the receptionist was extremely rude, sarcastic and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Her tone and body language were particularly unpleasant and completely unnecessary. The food service was equally disappointing. We specifically asked the person serving our food for mushroom biryani, and we were told that it was not available. Based on that information, we ordered paneer instead. Later, when we asked the person taking our orders, we were told that mushroom biryani was actually available and that we simply had to ask for it. We explained to him that we had already asked, but the other staff member had told us that it was not available. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, he kept arguing,

Worst food ever. Literally the worst. Feel like puking. Raw mutton in marag, extremely overpriced chicken curry and rumali roti is 109 per piece. Are you fr. Used to be good. Lost a customer.
