Food was good, ambience is much nicer in the ground, they can upscale upstairs. Had to wait a LONG time for the bill as it was rush hour, but otherwise its a good experience!

Starters were great . Haleem tikka, tawa fish and kodi chips . Main course - Dundigal mutton pulao & raju gari kodi pulao was mashed like a Kichdi - disappointing. However they were nice enough to take the feedback and didn’t charge us for it .

కిట్టీపార్టీ కోసమని మేమంతా ఈ హోటల్ కి ఒచ్చాము మేమంతా 50 years పైన ఉన్నవాల్లము. మద్యలో వాష్రూమ్ కోసం వెల్లాము లేడీస్ టాయిలెట్స్ డోర్ తీయగానే ఒక మగమనిషి టాయిలెట్ చేస్తూ ఉన్నాడు మేము చాలా షాక్ అయ్యాము.మేనేజర్ ని పిలిచి చెపుదాము అనుకునే లోపు అదే లేడీస్ టాయిలెట్ కి ఇంకొకతను వెల్లాడు. మేము కొపంతో చెప్పాము క్లీన్ చేయమని మాకు వేరే మార్గం లేదు అన్ని టేబుల్స్ ఉన్న హోటల్ లో జెన్స్ కి ఒకటే టాయిలెట్ లేడీస్ కి ఒకటే టాయిలెట్ పక్కపక్కనే అందులోనే హండ్వాష్ ఒకరిమీద ఒకరు తగిలేటట్లు అసలే అందులో లిక్కర్ ప్రోవిజన్ ఉంది తాగినాక మగాల్ల పక్కన ఆడవాళ్ళు హండ్వాష్ కాని మరీ పక్కనే లేడీస్ టాయిలెట్ పెట్టటము చాలా తప్పు లిక్కర్ లేని హోటల్ లోనే వాష్ రూమ్స్ దూరంగా ఉండాలి విత్ లిక్కర్ ఉన్న ఈ హోటల్ లో వాష్ రూమ్స్ విషయంలో చాలా దరిద్రంగా ఉంది వేల్లే వాల్లు కొంచెం జాగ్రత్త. మరియు ఒకరిమాట ఒకరికి వినపడనంత పాటల సౌండ్ ఎన్నోసార్లు చప్పినా కొంచెంకూడా తగ్గించలేదు. మరియు ప్రతీ డిష్ లో అయిటమ్ ఎంతో కరివేపాకు అంత కొంచెం కరివేపాకు తగ్గించి చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది అని నా అభిప్రాయం అమ్మాయిలు జాగ్రత్త వాష్ రూమ్ విషయంలో.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve had. The staff was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. The service was painfully slow, and there was zero concern for customer satisfaction. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt disrespected throughout our visit. The management appears to have no interest in maintaining basic hospitality standards. A restaurant can recover from mediocre food, but terrible attitude and horrible service are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never return. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this restaurant.

We reserved a table for 2pm and paid certain amount as well. But walk in’s were given priority. Got the table at 3pm after standing for an hour. Service is extremely poor. No cutlery provided even after asking multiple times. Honestly, please avoid coming here.

the food was not at all good and the service was so bad we karvepaku mushroom and babycorn majestic both are not good and tired malabar parota which is more worse than statters overall experience was bad
