I recently visited Telugu Medium, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the expectations set by its reputation. From the climate control to the basic ethics of customer service, there were several significant red flags. 1. Atmosphere & Comfort The most immediate issue was the AC performance. Despite informing the staff multiple times that the dining area was uncomfortably warm, no effective changes were made. Dining in a humid, stuffy environment quickly ruins the mood, regardless of the decor. 2. Food Quantity vs. Price While the flavors are meant to be the highlight, the value-to-money ratio is skewed. The portions served are surprisingly small when compared to the premium pricing on the menu. You expect a certain level of generosity for the price point, but the quantity here felt quite stingy. 3. Concerning Valet Policy The most troubling part of the visit was the valet parking. When you hand over a vehicle—in my case, a car worth 30 lakhs—you expect a level of accountability. However, their valet tokens explicitly state: “The management is not liable for any damage, theft, fire or other incidents involving your vehicle while in our custody.” As a customer, this is completely unacceptable. If a restaurant offers valet services, it is their fundamental responsibility to provide a safe and secure environment for the vehicles entrusted to them. Using a disclaimer to dodge liability for "incidents" while the car is in their "custody" feels both unprofessional and risky for the patron. Between the poor cooling, small portions, and the dismissive parking policy, I cannot recommend this establishment in its current state. A premium dining experience should offer peace of mind and comfort, neither of which were present here.

I ordered multiple items, including dishes that specifically mentioned ghee. However, the ghee used was clearly not original and seemed adulterated. Even the ghee roast had no ghee flavor at all. I also ordered a fish pulusu, where some pieces were fresh but others were not, which is unacceptable. Overall, it was a very disappointing and worst experience.

The much hyped tawa fish fry was soggy and masala was oozing out. Chicken biryani was average. The peices inside had that blood vein thing. Staff was kind off rude in recieving and service was forced.
