i went to the cafe the person was not accepting the dine out i had to pay the coffee bill differnet the water bill different and the food bill different all had gst i paid extra for gst service is also not gud, when why do they have dine out when they dont take the complete amount with the dinw out i had to pay 3 dufferent bills soo pethetic experience this time with terra i am an old customer but faced this issue

cold drinks and water charges can't be paid with zomato or Swiggy. quantity is very less compared to price.horrible experience. do no go there.

horrible food, very slow service , average ambience. they served raw veggies topping on pizza without baking it.

Horrible service . After waiting for one hour they served Bad pizza with just capsicum in garden fresh pizza. When we asked for more variety of veggies they just added onion and raw broccoli on top and served without baking it. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

staff was good but only two waiters for that size of cafe and he said only two chefs are there are working and in the middle of order one chef took the break we ordered almost 9 starters all Chicken taste the same prawns were not good pizza is worst

Zomato says flat 50%. The store doesn’t offer this on drinks and water bottle. What for are the cover charges and offers then ??

The food was not good at all and the service was slow, no options for dairy free milk options and the overall taste was not even worth the price and quality must be improved and increase the size of pizza from 8" to 10" inch given the price and Coffees are not that great and the explanation is zero from the staff.

the place doesn't seem to be well maintained. the food is too basic. zomato offers are not applicable on beverages, it was mentioned that it is the new rule of the new management. well, I would have been glad if the reasoning behind it was explained too.
