Food quality was below average. We ordered the 1. Pepper Coconut Chicken starter which was very disappointing. The flavor was fine but the chicken pieces were so tiny that it was chewy. For the place that I am eating at and the price I am being charged the least I expect is 5-6 good pieces of chicken and not chicken leftovers. 2. ⁠Cheese Chilli Sabudana Vada- nothing exceptional about this dish. Was average 3. ⁠Jimikand Shampuri : decent flavor but dint stay on the fork. Was difficult to eat. Overall portion sizes are small. 4. Rasmalai milk cake : Cant complain about the portion size here. Would have appreciated if the server had told us about the portion size before we placed the order and not after. He actually said that since we hadnt ordered any mains he didn’t say anything. Coming to the flavor- the rasmalai was hard. Have had better. We ordered 2 portions of this between 3 people and actually wasted about 80 percent of it. Doesn’t say much of the taste. 5. Overall a very disappointing experience. We are for mood/ dim lighting but at a food place atleast the food needs to be visible. The lights were very dim and the food hardly visible. So visual appeal of well plated food which adds to the overall taste was missing. Just not our kind of place.

Extremely disappointing experience at Tever! We booked a table for 10 well in advance, yet there was no table available when we arrived. After making us wait for 25 minutes, they seated us at waiting tables, and even after an hour, we weren’t given a proper table. The service was absolutely pathetic. No water, cutlery, napkins or basic accompaniments. To make matters worse, the table we were eventually given literally stank of urine! The breads were practically white despite requesting them well-done, and when we complained, the manager and server were extremely rude and argumentative instead of apologising or resolving the issue. For a restaurant positioning itself as fine dining, the hospitality was shockingly poor. We eventually walked out without having our main course. Good food cannot compensate for terrible service and absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Not worth the time or money. Would not recommend!

The staff wasn’t friendly, warm. The service was slow. They served us stale water. Glasses weren’t clean. The amount they charge for food is not even worth for cleanliness and services they provide. Food they served was cold. Not coming back again!
