you’re craving a solid, timeless classic? gotta head to this one. The clear standout is the lamb burger. It’s a must-try, especially paired with the heavenly, nostalgic cherry Coke float. The Nashville chicken burger also holds its own, served alongside a signature house sauce that ties the whole dish together. better call in and reserve for better experience, but any wait is quickly forgotten once the classic chocolate cake hits the table—it’s rich, straightforward, and worth every minute. Wrapped in a calm, surprisingly peaceful atmosphere and backed by remarkably attentive service—frankly, every table needs a Zidan for food suggestions.

Zini provided great service and was prompt to tell about the coffee source with beautiful smile. Amazing coffees.

The coffee is chargeable with no free refills. That’s how close it comes to a real American diner. All coffee drinks are made with minimal effort-they got that right. No beef dishes is a huge let down. The lamb chilli is good and deserves a listing of its own. The desserts are very basic with no American elements to them. It’s essentially an Indian restaurant, with continental menu and an “American diner” aesthetic.

We visited this restaurant twice and were denied entry on both occasions. We were completely comfortable with the stated waiting time and were happy to wait when we were told it would be approximately 30–35 minutes. However, while waiting, we observed two groups who arrived after us being seated before us after greeting and hugging the manager or the person in charge. This was difficult to understand, particularly as we had already been waiting. Even basic hospitality, such as offering us a place to wait at the bar, was not extended. After approximately 45 minutes, we were told that our table was ready, but that the food would take a considerable amount of time. The communication was unclear and left us questioning why we had been asked to continue waiting. The restaurant was only around half full at the time, which made the overall handling of the situation even more difficult to understand. We were patient and willing to wait, but the way the situation was managed was disappointing. Clear communication, consistency in seating guests, and basic courtesy would have made a significant difference. This was, unfortunately, one of the poorest experiences we have had with restaurant management and hospitality.

Horrible service, they made us wait for 45 minutes and then told us that we have to wait for another 20 minutes, even after that the food is going to take a long time to come. In other words, go find yourself another place to dine. They were prioritising customers based on personal relationship with the Franchisee manager, we were kept waiting. They created false hype through influencer marketing and then were not able to manage the crowd. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Their entire Google review is full of one major complaint “wait time”, and it is 100% true. Waiting is not an issue, but seeing half of the restaurant empty and still waiting outside is problematic. I have been twice the challenge was same. Luckily got the table one and had the most mediocre breakfast meal. I have been visiting the all american diner in Delhi all my childhood and Hyd outlet does not live up to it even one bit. Total garbage.

I won't suggest going here at all. Too much arrogance and attitude. They made us wait for more than 30 mins despite tables being empty. They took the details but never got the call. ultimately we left and went to another restaurant.
