Amazing place and was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised and quite blown away by the ambience. It was honestly a picture perfect quaint sunday afternoon with soft music and a very wholesome vibe. Hardeep was also very helpful in his service.

there is a lot of change! pasta quality and quantity changed lemon butter fish taste changed and most importantly the butter lemon sauce is replaced by mayonnaise. it is quite a downgrade from the bake factory i know since years

I’ve always liked Bake Factory’s food, and my previous indoor visit was enjoyable. Unfortunately, this visit with my pet was a completely different experience. Since pets aren’t allowed inside, we had to sit outdoors. The outdoor seating was next to a construction site, surrounded by mud and rubble. There were mosquitoes and flies everywhere. I ended up with multiple mosquito bites that left my hands red, and flies kept hovering over our breakfast and coffee the entire time. I repeatedly requested the staff to provide a mosquito coil or do something about the mosquitoes, but nothing was done. What was even more disappointing was being asked whether my mosquito bites had happened before coming to the café, despite the staff witnessing the mosquitoes biting me. We had to finish quickly and leave because we simply couldn’t enjoy the meal. The food is still good, but the outdoor experience was extremely unpleasant. If you’re advertising pet-friendly outdoor seating, it should also be clean, comfortable, and protected from mosquitoes and flies. Better hygiene, ventilation, and pest control are urgently needed, especially during the rainy season.

😡😡HORRENDOUS. Reached outlet after a morning outing with family. Ordered heavy breakfast with hi expectations at 1000. FINALLY, after getting nothing for over 1 hr, cancelled and walked out at 1120. They couldn't even get us our coffee in that much time. To top it, the manager lies with a straight face abt time wasted. All day breakfast here means it takes all day to get a response. Meanwhile, takeaway parcels were being dispatched right thru. This is a place if u like ur breakfast in a box and not on a plate Moved to Big Cup Theory in the vicinity. Such a life saviour. Good attitude, prompt service and hot tasty food.

There was a cockroach in masala Omlette plate. No safety and cleanliness at all.
