Last weekend we had a complete Family(14 +) outing for Breakfast!! We chose to go to Batter House as it's closer to my Grandma's House (Padmarao Nagar) and the restaurant is at Tarnaka which got opened recently and had wider breakfast options (South Indian, Continental...) We ordered an initial round of ghee karam dosas for all. And they were too good, from kids to adults everyone enjoyed them. Once we had our first dosa, we were spoiled for choice of what to have next. The menu has so many wonderful options ranging from healthy alternatives like ragi, millet dosas, pizza dosa, Nutella dosa for those with a sweet tooth. We were able to try different types of dosas like Schezwan. And spicy gunta ponganalu (yum!). Then we tried the tawa idli and tawa ponganalu (too good, brings back college memories!). And then bunch of us ordered a second round of ghee karam dosas (A++, really recommend everyone to try it) The service was also very good, prompt in bringing the food even though we spread ourselves across both the downstairs and upstairs seating. The ambience was very good, we had a nice pleasant morning sitting in the outdoors seating and enjoying our breakfast. The location is also good, as there are other cuisine stalls also present so kids additionally had waffles from wofl and we all had refreshing sodas.

It’s one of the outlet from hideout eatery .I would say it’s the best place to have morning breakfast which includes multiple choices of breakfast dishes .The best part is it’s open from morning 7am . They even have double decker dosa ,triple colour dosa ,dry fruit and many options I really loved their schezwan dosa you don’t need to have Chutney also . And their Italian dosa is just amazing which gives exactly polizza flavours If you are near by must visit this place

Excellent place for Dine In! The Batter House located at Hideout Eatery and Gaming!! Variety of Dosa and Idli Options available!! Tried Ghee Karam and Ghee Podi Dosas and they are Amazing!! Chutney's are good and maintaining good standards!!,Must try this Tarnaka,I will try delvery option some time soon

Nothing brings people together like Good Food... Must visit the batter house...tiffins are too good with a different varieties of dosa n idli...tried ghee karam dosa n dry fruit dosa.. loved it.....give a try food lovers

Located inside the Hideout eatery which is basically a drive in. The drive in itself has multiple options and we chose to try Batter House. As in any drive in, this place has outdoor seating which does get a little suffocating if it is humid without an AC. Otherwise the seating it comfortable. Service is not very personalised as one would expect in a drive in atmosphere. The food here is quite good and seem to be adhering to the hygiene standards expected during the covid times. You would be spoilt for choice with the number of doa options like regular Dosas, healthy dosas and special dosas. They also serve varieties of idlies. While their Dosas were a hit among our group, the indlies need a bit of improvement IMHO. Special mention to their Schezwan dosa which was the star of the day by far. Their Ragi masala Dosa was quite good as well even though we were not very sure. We also tried their Nutella dosa but this needs improvement. Coming to their indies, we tried their manchuria idly and ghee kaaram idly, both of which needs improvement. Something I liked about this place is how they were making Dosas with white dosa batter and not the yellow color batter which is being used in the name of creativity across the city. Do give it a try and see how you like this place. The owner of the place was there to take feedback and the feedback was shared and taken positively.

The Batter house is a pure vegetarian outlet located in the Hide Out Eatery Drive in near Tarnaka . It boasts of an elaborate menu with more than 40 types of Dosa . They do have delivery options too and used very good packaging material for take away . Tried the Schezwan Dosa which was absolutely flavourful and tasty . Should be a must try here . Since it was Independence Day eve ,they have introduced the Tri Color Dosa which also tasted good . The podis and chutney are lip smacking here . Was very sceptical to try Ragi Masala Dosa but it tasted good with the podi and chutney. Ghee Karam idly needs improvement . Manchuria Idly had excess use of sauces which also need improvement. Overall a good place for South Indian tiffins near Tarnaka.

An outlet that serves very tasty south Indian breakfast, they serve a variety of Dosa and idlii , my favourite dosa was the schezwan dosa which was made with schezwan sauce , tri colour dosa made with 3 different types of chutneys, it was good ,for the first i tried manchurian idlii it was pretty good, very tasty , the ragi dosa and nutella dosa were decent. Overall its a good place for the people who like to have south indian breakfast and also who would like to try different varieties of dosas.

Here we are expecting hot sambar and some thick chutney but all they served us were watery chutney and water sambar which is also ice cold. The least they could do is serve the sides at least better. Even the plates were lying on the table with left over food and unclean tables Food 0/5 Ambience 0/5
